Cautionary: See SDS for personal protection recommendations. Only apply if surface, air and product temperatures are between 40° - 120° F. Store excess mixed product in vented area. Do not use sealed containers as pressurization may occur. KEEP OUT OF THE REACH OF CHILDREN. Harmful if swallowed. Can cause serious eye irritation.
In Case of Fire: use extinguishing measures that are appropriate to local circumstances the surrounding environment.
First Aid. If in eyes, flush immediately with clear running water for 15 minutes. Get medical attention if necessary. If swallowed, drink large quantities of water and get medical attention. If inhaled, remove to fresh air. If breathing doesn’t return to normal, seek medical attention. If on skin, rinse with clean water.
Disposal. Mop, wipe, sweep, vacuum or extract material. Dispose of contaminated and unused product in accordance with all current federal, state and local regulations. Dispose of container in an approved waste disposal plant.
General Mixing instructions (for all applications): Thoroughly dissolve Ravage Rinse in the hottest water possible. Use a powered drill or mixing paddle. Mix for 1 - 3 minutes, or until completely dissolved. Low speed mixing helps prevent spills. If using a 5 gallon mixing pail, don’t add more than 3 gallons of water – to allow room for product to bubble and foam.
For Carpet. When used as a stain- and odor-remover for carpet thoroughly dissolve 3 - 4 scoops of Ravage Rinse per gallon of hot water.
Application instructions: Saturate soiled carpet with the mixed solution. Allow 30 minutes dwell time. Consider mechanical agitation in traffic lanes and high usage areas for more immediate results. Extract solution using an extraction tool. Check for stain and odor. Repeat if necessary. Extract and dry carpet.
Caution: Test for color fastness and carpet delamination before using. If the subfloor is wood, plywood or particle board – pre-inspect carefully as existing conditions may have already damaged the sub-floor. When treating a carpet over wood, consider using less solution and/or decrease dwell time to minimize potential sub-floor damage.
For Stone, Tile & Grout. When used as a load remover and stain remover on all grout, all natural stones including limestone, marble, travertine, granite and slate as well as ceramic and porcelain tile, quarry tile and Saltillo tile, thoroughly dissolve 2 scoops of Ravage Rinse per gallon of hot water.
Application instructions: Spread over the surface, wait 5 minutes then agitate with hand- or mechanical-brush. Rinse with plain water, then wet vacuum to remove spent solution.
For Remediation including Water & Sewage Cleanup, Fire Restoration, Biohazard Cleanup, and Exterior Restoration. When used for source removal, deodorization, stain removal and surface preparation, thoroughly dissolve 1 - 2 scoops of Ravage Rinse per gallon of hot water.
Application instructions: Apply to surface(s) until completely wetted and uniform foam forms. Heavily soiled or stained surfaces may require brushing or agitation. Remove gross and suspended soiling with HEPA vacuum, wipe methods, rinsing or other standard methods. A second application on heavily stained surfaces may require overnight dwell times to significantly fade and/or eliminate organic staining.
Prevent cross contamination of Ravage Rinse solution by rinsing soiled wipes with a second, “dirty water” bucket prior to continued cleaning.
Wipes contaminated during biohazard cleaning should be disposed of immediately.
For exterior surfaces, apply evenly until a thick and uniform foam is achieved. Allow to dwell for at least 10 – 15 minutes. Do not allow to dry until after rinsing.
